Who we are
This policy applies to MAG Byron Bay Pty ("MAG", "we", "us") and the Byron Bay Tiny House & Sustainable Living Expo, which we organise. It explains how we handle your personal information.
What we collect
When you register your interest, sign up for updates or get in touch, we may collect your name, email address, phone number and any details you choose to share, such as what best describes you or your business. We collect this through our websites, Facebook and Instagram lead forms, email and direct conversations.
How we use it
We use your information to contact you about MAG, the Expo, and exhibitor or partnership opportunities, and to send updates and newsletters you've asked for. By submitting your details, you consent to us contacting you by email, phone or SMS about these things. You can opt out at any time. We don't sell your personal information.
Who we share it with
We only share information with service providers that help us run our business, such as our website host, email platform, and Meta and Google for advertising and analytics. Some of these providers store information outside Australia, including in the United States. These providers handle information under their own privacy policies.
Website analytics and cookies
Our websites may use cookies and tools such as Google Analytics to understand how visitors use the site. You can turn off cookies in your browser settings.
Storage and security
We take reasonable steps to keep your information secure, and we keep it only as long as we need it.
